Made at La Raza, our multi award winning Bottleproof bottled cocktails enable you to enjoy a bar quality cocktail at home. They simply need shaking or stirring with ice and can be made in under a minute. Each bottle is a single serve cocktail with a double measure of alcohol.

Normally only available exclusively to the on-trade, our Bottleproof cocktails are being supplied to some of the UK’s most prestigious hotels (Dorchester Group, Exclusive Hotels Group, Handpicked Hotels Group, Champneys etc) as well as theatres such as Andrew Lloyd Weber’s LW Theatre Group in the West End.
They are highly acclaimed, having won 6 medals in the prestigious IWSC 2020 awards and 6 medals in the Spirits Business awards where Bottleproof was crowned the Grand Master of Speciality Spirits for 2019.

La Raza has been operating in Cambridge since 2003. Like many others, Covid-19 has challenged us to the extreme. As part of our need to diversify during the current climate, we are offering gift packs to help us off-set some of the losses we will suffer through not being able to host Christmas parties at our two Cambridge venues this year. Apple pie-tini
Apple, vanilla, caramel and vodka. Originally created for the West End Musical Waitress it tastes just like an apple pie. ABV 14% (pre dilution). Drink within 3 months. To make: shake in cocktail shaker with ice. Garnish with lemon.
Blueberry Gin Burst
Gin, blueberry, vanilla, and lemon with a touch of caramel. Sweet on the taste with a lovely sharp finish. ABV 20% (pre dilution). Drink within 3 months. To make: shake in cocktail shaker with ice. Garnish with lemon.
Cosmopolitan
An indulging blend of citrus vodka, triple sec, cranberry and lime. ABV 15.75% (pre dilution). Drink within 3 months. To make: shake in cocktail shaker with ice. Garnish with orange.
Espresso Martini
A revitalising blend of vodka, coffee and coffee liqueur. If you haven’t tried one, you should! ABV 20% (pre dilution). Drink within 3 months. To make: shake in cocktail shaker with ice. Garnish with coffee beans.
Gin-gle Berries
A La Raza Christmas special. Gin with all the Christmas flavours. To make: pour into tall glass with ice. Top with sparkling water/ soda. Garnish with orange.
Mojito
A refreshing blend of rum, mint, lime and sugar topped with soda (soda not included) ABV 20% (pre dilution). Drink within 3 months. To make: pour into tall glass with ice, top with soda. Garnish with mint/ limes.
Negroni
Classic combination of Gin, Campari, vermouth ABV 24% (pre dilution). Drink within 3 months. To make: Stir in a whisky glass with ice. Garnish with orange.

Cocktail making kits and cocktail glasses are available on request. Alternatively cocktails can be shaken using a watertight lidded container full of ice and straining through a kitchen sieve.
